Is pricing based on users or certifications?

Our pricing is based on the tier you choose (Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise), not the number of users. All plans include unlimited user licences, so your entire team can access the platform at no extra cost. This means you can grow your team without worrying about per-seat fees.

Are the prices annual or one-off?

All prices shown are annual subscription fees. For example, the Professional plan at £9,600 is £9,600 per year, not a one-time payment. Your subscription renews annually, giving you continuous access to the platform and support.

Can I add extra frameworks or certifications later?

Yes. Each tier includes management for your primary framework (like ISO 27001 or SOC 2). If you want to add additional frameworks later, there's typically an additional cost of around £4,800 per year per framework, though we can often bundle these more competitively depending on your needs.

What happens to pricing when I renew?

Standard renewals include a 10% uplift year-on-year. However, if you commit to a 3-year term, we reduce that to just 5% annually. We can also lock in your current pricing for the full term of a multi-year agreement, giving you cost certainty.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Typically, we work on annual agreements. However, we understand some organisations prefer shorter initial commitments. We can offer 3-year deals with better pricing, or in some cases, more flexible terms for the first year. Let's discuss what works for your situation.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?

Yes, you can move between tiers as your needs change. If you start on Essentials and realise you need Professional features, we can upgrade you mid-term. Similarly, if you need to scale back, we can accommodate that at your next renewal.

How does your pricing compare to competitors like Vanta or Drata?

We position ourselves competitively in the middle of the market. You'll typically find we're 3-4 times less expensive than some competitors whilst offering comparable or better functionality. Our unlimited user model and transparent pricing often work out significantly more cost-effective, especially for growing teams.

Are there additional costs I should know about?

The tier pricing covers the platform and your dedicated Customer Success Manager. Additional costs might include: extra frameworks beyond your first one, add-on tools like our Controls Monitor, or if you need specific custom integrations. We're transparent about all costs upfront, no hidden fees.

Do you offer discounts for multi-year commitments or early payment?

Yes. Multi-year agreements (typically 3 years) get preferential pricing with lower annual uplifts or locked rates. If you're ready to move quickly and can commit this month, we can often be more aggressive with pricing. We also have partner and investor discounts available in some cases.

Can you help with audit costs, and are those separate?

The platform can help you save up to a third on your external audit costs by having everything organised and ready for the auditor. Audit fees are separate and paid directly to your chosen certification body (not Hicomply). We can connect you with our preferred audit partners who offer competitive rates, but you're free to choose your own auditor.

Do you support public sector procurement frameworks?

Yes, we're available through G-Cloud. Our direct pricing matches G-Cloud pricing with the same terms and conditions, so if it's easier for you to do a direct award, that works perfectly.
