Success story: Implementing an ISMS and making ISO 27001 certification a breeze with Hicomply

Total Enterprise Solutions (TES) offers advanced business solutions powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365. In 2022, the Midlands-based company engaged with Hicomply to make ongoing ISO 27001 compliance and future accreditations seamless.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner and an ambitious business with a number of accreditations already to its name, Total Enterprise Solutions approached Hicomply to find a new ISMS solution.

TES were looking for a platform that could combine strong functionality with genuine flexibility and value for money. Having already booked an ISO 27001 audit before engaging with ISMS providers, the business also needed to be able to implement new systems quickly and to a tight schedule.

After a thorough tendering process, TES elected to work with Hicomply because of the intuitive nature of the software and the impressive level of customer support on offer. The organisation’s initial purchase involved project spaces for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, as well as policy templates for ISO 9001.

Having previously relied on a combination of Sharepoint and Excel spreadsheets, the move to Hicomply enabled TES to manage compliance more efficiently and accurately than ever before. A quick and pain-free migration to the Hicomply platform resulted in reduced implementation costs, shortened timescales and streamlined scoping – all in one place.

With their new ISMS in place, the TES team now have a clear framework for future certifications including SOC 2 and PCI DSS.
